Hotel Quetzalcóatl

El lugar es muy acogedor, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Los dispensadores de shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para el cuerpo estaban vacíos. La señal del internet, no tenía buena cobertura, ya que no llegaba a la habitación donde me hospedé. La chica que nos recibió es muy amable, y otro chico nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje, el servicio de los chicos un 10/10

For those who happen through Quetzalcoatl...take the opportunity to enjoy the apartment/condo/at home high end feel to this establishment right on the malecón. If you're into cooking in the impressive kitchen be prepared to have the bellhop run to get you plates,pans,and all the rest of the kitchen essentials as the kitchen is bare.

What a beautiful place very nice staff. I’m very impressed as a song writer I might just have to stay here a few more days. Very peaceful

Desde la llamada que hicimos, Josselin nos atendió súper bien y arregló todo para nuestra llegada, el lugar es agradable y cómodo y plus atendieron bien a mi perro por el mesero del restaurante y que te reciban con café al llegar después de un largo tramo manejando fue excepcional. La verdad que grata sorpresa fue el descubrir y hospedarnos en su hotel.

Wonderful people and nice accommodations! Air conditioning was very good very cold! Perfect place for our overnight.

This hotel is a hidden gem! This is the second time I stay. This occasion I decided to bring my entire family including my 2 children. The staff and owners really bend over backwards to indulge theirs guests. They offered us special accommodations, provided us with recommendations for nearby places and restaurants to visit, called radio-taxi for us. Our room was very spacious and had a huge dresser to keep our clothes, not to mention the amazing fact the room had 3 beds. Ocassionally when arrived late hours, a very nice young man was always ready to open the door and make us feel welcome regardless on the time. They have a very nice ground area in the back with plants and even a parrot. I really felt like home. Please support this family-owned business, you won’t regret it.

This hotel is very quaint. It is very well kept and in a convenient and quiet location. The beds and furniture were comfy. The room adorable. I was a bit disappointed in the jacuzzi/shower, as the shower water would not get hot. The tub had its own faucet and did get warm. The water in the tub cools before it fills because it's so big and the "jacuzzi" function doesn't work. So you end up taking a shower from the bath faucet if you want warm water or you take a like warm shower. That is not very luxurious. The courtyard is very nicely lit and has tables and chairs, as well as a nice BBQ and sink area. The neighborhood was very clean ! Literally an entire empty lot with mowed green grass and not one piece of garbage on the lot, or entire the block!! Pets welcome Great boutique hotel.
